We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing and installation workflow of aluminium and PVC windows, doors, and glass products.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production operations
Coordinate manufacturing schedules and deadlines
Supervise production staff and ensure quality standards
Monitor productivity, materials, and workflow efficiency
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
Work closely with management, suppliers, and installation teams

Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role
✔ Strong knowledge of aluminium and PVC window and door production
✔ Experience with glass fabrication and processing is an advantage
✔ Excellent leadership and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
