Slimcrete from ACL is a range of cement tiles that are just 3 mm thick, honoured with the silver medal at Awards Innovation 2024.

The tiles are produced of cement (30%), selected natural minerals (65%), and reinforcing fibers (5%), with no harmful additives such as plasticizers, phthalates, and formaldehyde.

Owing to unique production equipment, double pressing technology, and special coating, these materials are water-resistant and easy to clean.

Lightweight and flexible, Slimcrete ideally fits both for interiors and façade cladding.

The range is remarkable for quick installation, aesthetic appeal of cement tiles, and design freedom owing to the innumerable combinations of tile sizes and colors.

Slimcrete comprises three collections, each of which is available in two surface finishes (flat and sand-blasted).

A Small Update on How We Dispatch Tile Samples to You & How We Manage to Do This So Quickly

We are expanding our catalogue by adding only collections with samples available in stock.
Now, all collections offer samples for purchase. After an order is placed, the system automatically creates an optimal picking sequence. The operator then selects the required samples, assigns them to the correct orders, and packages them manually.
Within 2–3 days, the customer receives a box with cut samples, each featuring a QR code with product information.
This approach enables fully visual selection - from the website to the physical sample - and eliminates errors related to item numbers, names, or incorrect color choices.

Why the Roman Emperor Augustus Is to Blame for Delayed Tile Delivery

On August 15, Italy celebrates Ferragosto, the holiday established by Octavian Augustus in 18 BC and named after the emperor (from the Latin Feriae Augusti). Since then, this has been the main period of vacation for the Italians, when most companies and production facilities close for holidays. Therefore, the lead time calculated on our website is 2-3 weeks longer (on average) than usual. This is a force majeure circumstance. The tiles will be shipped again within the standard delivery times in September.
