A room for your elder parents !

Add-a-room is a very convenient way to create additional dedicated space when one needs to accommodate an elder member of the family, without creating a clash of generation.

The senior member will be able to enjoy company and support of his or her siblings, and also be able to retire to his convenient and purposely made room equipped with all required facilities when needed. Such rooms are fitted with handrails, anti-slip floors and have their en-suite bathroom/toilet that can accommodate wheelchair movement.
The room is specifically well aerated and enable ample natural light to enhance the natural inside-out feel.

The technology behind Add-a Room

We use the structural insulated panels and more specifically the SIP-U-Crete system that incorporates a magnesium oxide outer skin and a mixed concrete/polyurethane inner core to provide both strength, and proper insulation to the walls and the roof. This system can allow further extension to the added roof should there be such need in the future.
Our extensions are pre-fabricated in our works and brought to site where only er****on works are carried out. This reduces considerably the site work duration and minimizes disturbance to the Customer.
Maintenance during service life is minimal.
Additionally this is a GREEN and SUSTAINABLE Product
