๐ ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS โ WhatsApp Orders!
1.โ โ Order & Payment
โขโ โ All orders must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp.
โขโ โ Full payment is required before delivery.
โขโ โ Payment can be made via bank transfer or QR code.
โขโ โ Payment is to be made ONLY to MCB account 000443130337 or the specific QR code from our system which will be sent on watsapp.
โขโ โ Once payment is done, invoice will be issued and sent to you through watsapp. Always make sure to get orders and payment details ONLY through the following watsapp number; 5-942-0001
2.โ โ Delivery Time
โขโ โ Delivery will be done within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.
โขโ We offer ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ upon customerโs request & its subject to Rs 1,500 - Rs 3,500 additional delivery charges. ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ maximum by 8pm for orders confirmed before 4pm.
โขโ โ You will be notified once your order is dispatched.
3.โ โ Delivery Charges
โขโ โ A flat delivery fee of Rs 250 applies for orders below Rs 10,000.
โขโ โ FREE delivery for orders of Rs 10,000 & above in a single transaction & minimum of 3 items in a single receipt, however some ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐๐ก ๐๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ which we will communicate to you before the order confirmation.
โขโ EXPRESS DELIVERY is based on different terms as mentioned above and subject to other charges based on region & items purchased.
4.โ โ No Refunds or Exchanges
โขโ โ Once an order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be modified or refunded.

5.โ โ Product Availability
โขโ โ Orders are subject to stock availability at the time of confirmation. Once our team confirms the quote and payment has been received the goods will be secured to dispatch for you.
