Ad | Already planning Olivia’s August birthday and this garden table has me so excited to host 🌿☀️

Ad | People said we were mad keeping our UK house while living in Dubai. Turns out it just takes a bit of setting up.

One of the smartest things I’m sorting is the energy. I’ve looked into E Gas as they make it so easy to manage from abroad, their smart App provides live balances so I always know what’s going on, and I can Top-Up via App, Website, Text, Phone or In store wherever I am.

No exit fees either and after 12 months you get a £50 credit as a thank you. Plus no standing charges, so when we’re not using energy, we’re not paying.

Oh my god! The BEST renter upgrade we’ve done so far! The difference this has made to the not just the kitchen but the whole of this space too.

Absolutely in love with this change; we got the kitchen wrapped by .dubai and it was completed in under 2 days (this isn’t an ad - this is a very happy paying customer).

It’s completely renter safe when removed correctly and I am so so so glad we got it done! What to you think?

Dubai week 2 ~ we’ve only gone and done it.

Finally feeling like I can breathe and post again! We’ve gone from a completely empty villa to garden chairs in the living room to a fully furnished home in a few days because in Dubai pretty much everything gets delivered quickly AND assembled for you. Still not over the fact we’ve haven’t argued about what screw goes where!

No surprise we’ve kept it minimal downstairs dark woods and earthy tones which is a dream with Olivia because there’s far less to baby proof. Evening pool swims have already become our thing and I honestly never want them to end 🤍

Let me know what you want to see next? The before and after of the kitchen which is an insane renter friendly transformation or the middle floor tour?

Two weeks yesterday since we moved to Dubai.

We’ve kept downstairs really minimal; dark woods, earthy tones and honestly it’s been a dream with Olivia because there’s so much less to baby proof. We are adding some trees obviously but do you like the new look so far?

I keep walking past the living room and just stopping. The curtains catching the breeze, the light coming in, the pool. Oh my days do I love this place.

One thing about me is I hate practical looking things so I’ve stopped trying to hide all the practical bits in my bathroom; now I just choose pieces that actually look good

Everything’s super affordable, but still gives that high-end, hotel bathroom feel.

The piece on slide 7 is such a good example: instantly elevates a really basic everyday item, and would honestly look good in any room.

Matching, minimal, a bit more intentional… it just makes the whole space feel calmer and more put together

There is some serious decluttering taking place this week before we head back out to Dubai.

I actually can’t get over the amount of Olivia’s stuff we have lying around that she doesn’t use anymore. Safe to say the loft is getting very full!
