Construction season 2026 is open !

For Mud & Leaf, it starts with a Home Office and Gym Under the Trees in a private residence in Blantyre... A beautiful spot, where we would love to have a desk ourselves 😅

Can this bare, unused floodplain be turned into a Primary School with lush, shaded grounds?

Challenge accepted!

Done right, this can have such a profound impact on a community !

Flooded during rain season, dry and hard soil the rest of the time, the situation on this land is getting worse year by year, so it's time to reclaim it, and start putting nature-based solutions in place so trees and plants can grow again.

Once these water management systems are put in place, keeping the buildings dry and sound will not require fancy procedures, but simple principles that anyone with their own means can apply.

What better way to show to the community that together, little by little, they can change it for the better !

Quite happy to present the buildings as of yesterday 😀

The differences between these and the 3D views of the design lie mainly in the vegetation, which grew beyond expectations ! The planted courtyard, where the existing local trees were left to grow, provides the necessary shade and the great lush impression we're going after... in Salima, this is a small revolution ! 🤩🌿
