Photographs:
- Skylight integrated into an interior water feature space, designed to introduce zenithal natural lighting to enhance the texture of the water and surrounding materials.
- Natural lighting for an interior patio that supports the growth and well-being of plants. Bright and balanced environment.
and 6- Design with high ceilings that allow greater light entry. The pink-toned palette evokes the rich chromatic identity of Mexican towns while wooden furniture and warm lighting add a welcoming atmosphere. The floor-to-ceiling vertical windows to the main street allow natural light.
- The kitchen is placed in a narrow space, it is optimized for functional use without compromising the harmony. It discreetly integrates high tech appliances. The concrete countertop provides durability and reinforces a practical and clean design.
- Staircase leading to the tapanco is designed within a narrow space. Composed of concrete cubes that blend functionality with aesthetics. Strong materials and clean geometry create a sculptural presence that transforms the stairs into a striking visual focal element.
- Water feature, the most harmonious element of the house. This space not only balances the atmosphere of the house but also incorporates a symbolic detail: a mermaid figure formed by the floor tiles, almost imperceptible. It is the only place where this composition is revealed beneath the water, becoming a subtle and even poetic gesture in the design
