El jardín se convierte en una extensión de la casa.

Un sendero se abre paso entre la vegetación, descubriendo poco a poco la piscina, el asador y los espacios de convivencia, siempre bajo la presencia del gran árbol que da sentido al proyecto.

El agua refleja la luz, la vegetación envuelve los recorridos y la arquitectura se abre para dejar entrar al paisaje.

Más que un jardín, es un lugar para perder la noción del tiempo: caminar, reunirse, contemplar y simplemente estar.

The garden becomes an extension of the house.

A pathway unfolds through the vegetation, gradually revealing the pool, the outdoor kitchen, and spaces for gathering — always under the presence of the great tree that gives meaning to the project.

Water reflects the light, vegetation embraces each path, and the architecture opens itself to the landscape.

More than a garden, it is a place to lose track of time: to walk, gather, contemplate, and simply be.

Cocina, comedor y sala se integran en un solo espacio, eliminando límites para crear un lugar pensado alrededor de la convivencia.

La cocina se convierte en el punto de encuentro; el comedor funciona como una transición natural y la sala se abre hacia el paisaje. Sobre el comedor y la sala, la doble altura amplifica la escala, permite que la luz recorra el espacio y refuerza la sensación de apertura.

Tres funciones distintas que se leen como una sola: un gran espacio continuo para reunirse, compartir y habitar.

The kitchen, dining room, and living room come together as one continuous space, dissolving boundaries to create an environment centered around gathering and connection.

The kitchen becomes the meeting point, the dining area creates a natural transition, and the living room opens toward the landscape. Above the dining and living areas, the double-height space amplifies the scale, allows natural light to flow throughout, and reinforces the sense of openness.

Three distinct functions, experienced as one: a continuous space designed to gather, share, and live.

Entrar es comenzar a descubrir la casa.

El acceso organiza el proyecto a través de tres ejes: hacia la izquierda, lo privado; hacia la derecha, los espacios de convivencia; y al frente, el agua y la vegetación conducen la mirada hacia el gran árbol que dio origen al proyecto.

El agua acompaña este primer recorrido, aportando movimiento, sonido y reflejos que conectan la arquitectura con el paisaje.

A partir de ahí, la casa se revela poco a poco. Pasillos, luz filtrada, sombras y aperturas hacia el exterior convierten cada transición en parte de la experiencia.

Entering is the beginning of discovering the house.

The entrance organizes the project along three main axes: to the left, the private spaces; to the right, the social areas; and straight ahead, water and vegetation guide the eye toward the great tree that became the origin of the project.

Water accompanies this first journey, bringing movement, sound, and reflections that connect the architecture with the landscape.

From there, the house reveals itself gradually. Corridors, filtered light, shadows, and openings toward the landscape turn every transition into part of the experience.

Una casa que no busca imponerse al paisaje, sino habitarlo.

Hacia la calle, la arquitectura se contiene. Volúmenes sólidos, aperturas precisas y una materialidad serena construyen privacidad, mientras la vegetación comienza a desdibujar los límites entre lo construido y lo natural.

El acceso marca la transición. Una gran apertura atraviesa visualmente la casa y revela, desde la llegada, el paisaje que sucede al interior.

Piedra, vegetación, texturas naturales y acero corten acompañan una arquitectura pensada para cambiar con el tiempo: con la luz, con la lluvia y con las estaciones.

Una casa de descanso donde la arquitectura no busca ser protagonista, sino crear el escenario para detenerse, contemplar y habitar con calma.

A house that does not seek to impose itself on the landscape, but to inhabit it.

Facing the street, the architecture becomes restrained. Solid volumes, carefully placed openings, and a serene material palette create a sense of privacy, while vegetation begins to blur the boundaries between the built and the natural.

The entrance marks a transition. A large transparent opening creates a visual axis through the house, revealing the landscape beyond from the moment of arrival.

Stone, vegetation, natural textures, and weathered steel come together in an architecture designed to evolve over time — with light, rain, and the changing seasons.

A retreat where architecture does not seek to be the protagonist, but rather the setting for slowing down, contemplating, and living with a sense of calm.

Arquitectura para regenerar.

Las habitaciones se conciben como espacios donde el descanso forma parte de la arquitectura.

La materialidad natural, la luz cálida, el control de estímulos y una atmósfera contenida buscan reducir el ruido —visual y sensorial— para crear un entorno que invite a desacelerar, desconectarse y recuperar energía.

Desde una visión de arquitectura regenerativa, el espacio no solo responde a una función: busca contribuir activamente al bienestar de quien lo habita.

Porque descansar no es solamente dormir. Es darle al cuerpo y a la mente el espacio necesario para recuperarse.

The rooms are conceived as spaces where rest becomes an integral part of the architecture.

Natural materials, warm lighting, controlled stimuli, and a carefully balanced atmosphere help reduce visual and sensory noise, creating an environment that invites guests to slow down, disconnect, and restore their energy.

Through a regenerative approach to architecture, the space goes beyond function, actively contributing to the well-being of those who inhabit it.

Because rest is not simply about sleep. It is about giving the body and mind the space they need to recover.

Un mismo espacio, múltiples maneras de habitarlo.

Más que diseñar un hotel, el proyecto propone una arquitectura flexible, capaz de adaptarse a distintas formas de vivir cada estancia.

Cada espacio puede funcionar de manera independiente, ofreciendo privacidad y tranquilidad a cada huésped. Al mismo tiempo, el proyecto puede abrirse por completo para convertirse en un solo lugar donde las áreas sociales, los patios y las terrazas invitan a compartir.

La arquitectura no impone una única manera de habitar el espacio; ofrece la libertad de apropiarse de él según las necesidades de cada momento.

One space, multiple ways to inhabit it.

More than designing a hotel, the project proposes a flexible architecture that adapts to different ways of experiencing each stay.

Every space can function independently, offering privacy and tranquility to each guest. At the same time, the project can open up entirely, becoming a shared environment where social areas, courtyards, and terraces encourage connection and togetherness.

Rather than imposing a single way of inhabiting the space, the architecture offers the freedom to make it your own, adapting to the needs of every stay.

Una evolución, no una réplica.

Frente al hotel boutique existente, esta antigua propiedad se transforma en una extensión de la experiencia, reinterpretando su esencia a través de un lenguaje arquitectónico contemporáneo.

La madera, la vegetación y la luz se convierten en los protagonistas de una arquitectura cálida, atemporal y profundamente conectada con su contexto.

Porque la identidad de un lugar no reside en repetir sus formas, sino en evolucionar sin perder su esencia.

An evolution, not a replica.

Opposite the existing boutique hotel, this former residence has been reimagined as an extension of the guest experience, reinterpreting its essence through a contemporary architectural language.

Wood, landscape, and natural light become the defining elements of a warm, timeless architecture that is deeply connected to its surroundings.

Because the identity of a place is not defined by repeating its forms, but by evolving without losing its essence.

No existen espacios secundarios; solo espacios mal entendidos. El baño es uno de los lugares más íntimos de una vivienda, y también uno de los más habitados. Por eso lo concebimos con el mismo rigor que el resto del proyecto, cuidando la luz, las texturas, la escala y la atmósfera. Cuando cada decisión responde a una intención, incluso las rutinas más cotidianas se convierten en momentos de bienestar.

There are no secondary spaces—only spaces that have been misunderstood. The bathroom is one of the most intimate places in a home, yet often one of the most overlooked. That is why we approach it with the same level of care as every other part of the project, paying close attention to light, materiality, proportion, and atmosphere. When every design decision is intentional, even the most ordinary daily rituals become moments of well-being.
