Conceptual dinning experience for .mx & Encino de Piedra Vol.2
Set among stones, circular vines, and oak trees, the outdoor dining experience was created in collaboration with .mx . At the heart of it all, the kitchen stood at the center, where guests passed through as the evening unfolded. The menu, crafted by seven celebrated and Michelin-recognized chefs, was rooted in local, organic ingredients and paired with wines from .vinicola.
The tables were design following the unique curves of the vineyard and using natural elements drawn from the surroundings. Each one rests on a base of seven carefully selected stones, each weighing around 100 kg. These stones were buried up to half a meter into the ground and drilled at three angles to hold steel rods, which act as columns. The rods are welded to a concealed metal frame that supports the wooden tabletop, blending raw materials with sleek lines.
