MAIWP Tower honoured at the PAM Awards 2025
We are deeply honoured that MAIWP Tower has been recognised with a PAM Award at last night’s annual ceremony in Kuala Lumpur — a celebration of architectural excellence across Malaysia.

Rooted in the spirit of modern Islamic architecture, the tower was conceived as a quiet yet confident presence on the city skyline — a silhouette that speaks of dignity, restraint, and timeless form. It draws from tradition, yet looks firmly to the future.

Architecture is always a collective endeavour — and this recognition belongs equally to the talented team, dedicated consultants, and, above all, a client with the vision and trust to pursue something lasting.

The award was received on behalf of the firm by our Executive Chairman, Dato’ Ar. Hj. Mohd Fazillah Mohd Ali.

Arkitek FAA is proud to be part of the team rejuvenating Dataran Merdeka — in line with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s recent officiation of Warisan KL’s 10 rejuvenation projects across Kuala Lumpur.

We are honored to contribute to this national effort to preserve and breathe new life into one of Malaysia’s most cherished heritage icons.

As part of the rejuvenation, the motif design for Dataran Bendera is inspired by the intricate songket pattern worn by Tunku Abdul Rahman during the historic declaration of Malaysia’s independence — a tribute to our nation’s rich cultural legacy.
