23112020 - Old assignment revisited.
This 3 storey annex building was designed to house top officials office and treasury department. It was supposed to be built with an elevator to enable public to meet the officials. However, the idea was later scrapped and the officials were ‘advised’ to meet the public at discussion rooms on ground floor instead.
