To day our I HOME INSPECTOR checking on bandar penawar project har###xx 3. Whole unit got many P**f finishing defect and Major defect.

-Whole car porch cracking & Poor painting
-Inside unit got many Hollow tiles
-Got Water Leaking on area dining
-Whole unit serious cracking
-Balcony and Roof no using Waterproof Painting
-Hollow Wall on bedroom........

To day our I Home Inspector checkking unit defect on two area.
first area is 8 scaxx on Perling got major defect,
-No water supply on bathroom
-Water leaking on inside pipeping ceilings
-Serious crack on ceilings
-Poor workman ship on installed water tap
-Serious hollow tiles on bathroom
-Got Hollow inside on wall

Second area We checkking on kulai Town House also got major defect
-Serious hollow tiles on bathroom
-Wate leaking inside pipeping on wall
-Got hollow inside on wall
