Requirements and skills
• Work experience as a Sales and Accounting Assistant

Our CA Lee Wei Jie had a casual site visit to the hotel and found some potential hazardous trees with targets that require actions in order to mitigate risks.

Findings:
1) Hangers
2) Codominant stems
3) Slanted trees
4) Decay
5) Conks
6) Termites
7) No visible trunk taper

Tree risk assessment will be commenced, and solutions will be proposed and discussed with the client later by our CA.

Job Scope: Tree Pruning (thinning & reduction) Job 🌳✂️
Location: Istana Pasir Pelangi, Johor

Collaboration with Muuks Tree Sdn Bhd
ISA Certified Arborist ® involved in the works:

Mr Jimmy Anderson (from MTSB)

1st Tree (Andira inermis) 🌳
A large mature tree requested to be pruned to improve sunlight & air circulation through the canopy.
With a slight request for reduction to reduce the overall weight of the limb.
Indirectly, improve the aesthetics of the palace's main entrance. 😍
A bit over the 25% limit base on the standard. However, it is not too much base on our on-site evaluation. This is mostly due to the witch broom (parasite plant) found within the canopy which we need to remove. Quite a lot of it. Hopefully will have a follow-up treatment after 6-9 months or maybe a year come. 🙏🏼

2nd Tree (Mangifera indica) 🌳
Quite dense foliar as usual. Plus with quite some water sprout seems to develop from previous improper cutting (stubs) & result in these stubs becoming dead branches. 🥲
The client requested to do a reduction pruning as these branches are going very low & in contact with the roof of the structure.
We hope after the work is done, the tree will bear more fruits in the coming year & become much healthier.🥰

Throughout the whole week was quite wet. Almost every day rain causes us to drag the work for the whole week. But it's a Blessing with 2 Climbing Arborists on the Trees. It was completed with great success & safe!
