The Penthouse.
Another 3D design result for my client who desired an exclusive touch. This multi-level penthouse is built with captivating modern elements that impress even before you enter the living space. The garage is located on the lower level, while the main penthouse area is on the upper floor, complete with a spacious balcony to enjoy a panoramic greenery view. The high parapet wall roof structure and wooden ceiling finishes on the exterior add warmth and character to the overall design.
This penthouse features one studio room that can be used as a workspace or guest room, one master bedroom for private rest, and a fully equipped bathroom. At the top of the building, a small gazebo is designed as a cozy and relaxing spot, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The combination of function and aesthetics in this design meets the needs of a modern lifestyle while still providing space for peace and privacy.
P/S: This isn’t an AI-generated design. I understand that lately many people are using AI to produce 3D perspectives, but when it comes to finishing and detailing, nothing beats a design created from scratch, crafted by hand, and thought through with heart. 😁✍️
