LW Group Sdn Bhd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Kepong KIP, Malaysia
💼 Position: Quantity Surveyor
💰 Salary: Attractive salary package based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, tender documents and cost estimates
- Prepare and evaluate bills of quantities
- Source and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Manage project costs, variations and payment claims
- Monitor project budgets and cost control
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Assist in contract administration and project documentation
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Experience in interior design, renovation or construction projects is an advantage
- Good knowledge of construction materials and costing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
