On 5 May 2026, Intlife officially launched our “Where Your Energy Goes” Intelligent Energy Management Platform at UOB Plaza 1 Kuala Lumpur.
More than 130 attendees filled up the room, including over 30 property developers across Malaysia. The overwhelming response sends a very clear signal to the market:
Energy management, operational efficiency, and energy security are no longer optional innovations — they are becoming core priorities for the future of property development.
Today, cities are filled with new developments. Competing purely on brick-and-mortar infrastructure is no longer sufficient. Future homebuyers are expecting more value, intelligence, lower operational costs, and better living experiences.
