Responsibilities:
-Handle day-to-day accounting tasks
-Prepare and assist with tax submissions
-Coordinate with external accountants, and clients regarding payments and documentation
-Maintain organized records of expenses, contracts, and office documentation
-Provide administrative support
-Assist with HR-related tasks
-Support the architectural team
Requirements:
-Proven experience in accounting and administrative work (1–3 years preferred)
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Bukku, SQL) and Microsoft Excel and Word

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Executive cm Admin to join our team and support both our financial and administrative operations.

Responsibilities:
-Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including invoicing, bookkeeping, payment tracking, and petty cash management
-Prepare and assist with tax submissions
-Coordinate with external accountants, and clients regarding payments and documentation
-Maintain organized records of expenses, contracts, and office documentation
-Provide administrative support including document filing, email correspondence, scheduling, and office supply management
-Assist with HR-related tasks such as payroll and employee records (as needed)
-Support the architectural team in project documentation, submissions, and general office coordination

Requirements:
-Proven experience in accounting and administrative work (1–3 years preferred)
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Bukku, AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel and Word
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Good communication skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently in a small team environment
-Experience in a design or architectural firm is a plus

We are looking for Part 1 & 2 Assistant Architect/Project Architect.
Salary Range; RM 2500 to 5000
Job Description
1. Requirements
-Positive attitude, responsible, able to work independently and as part of the supporting team, good interpersonal skills.
-Adaptive to change and provide solutions in meeting new challenges.
-Possess at least a Degree.
-Fluent in English, Malay, optionally Mandarin.
-Capable with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office and Powerpoint.
-Training provided, Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
2. Responsibility
- Prepare submission/tender/construction drawing and documents
- Concept design to planning, 3D modelling, preparation for presentation and participate in meetings with clients.
- Prepare minutes of meeting.
- Coordinate consultants works.
- Liaise with authority, suppliers and contractors.
- Prepare and issuance of letter & certificate at different stages.
