This floor level consists of 5 bedrooms. Not too narrow and not too empty for the bedrooms, complete furniture with a good arrangement for users.

Everything was designed to highlight the impressive volumes of these old industrial spaces. The interplay of references , characteristic of Les Ensembliers' approach , is also seen in the selection of decorative elements.

Devoid saturated colors , black and cutesy forms on the building's facade, the new Casa Mia restaurant for Italian dishes lovers. Its Italian modernist language of clean line and volume and large glass facades . The only spark of color is in the gold yellowish color that clad the frame glass facade, where it can see in different angle.
