Another house of the same classical theme nearing completion. It started off as modern simple lines. Overtime it evolved. Awaiting ID & final finishing touches before handing over.

The brief however is what catches our attention initially. The owner wanted to build a bungalow with 3 separate units to accommodate the children’s needs in the future. Somewhat a townhouse concept too.

We receive a lot of job commissions along the same kind of brief nowadays. This is the 3rd multi-generational living house we completed. A few more in the pipeline.

2nd visit from Segi University Faculty of Architecture for this project. Now they were able to see how the ‘arteries’ of the building are constructed. Hopefully the students are able to differentiate & identify the components based on the trades the next time they visit any site.

On top of that, we gave input of dos & donts for ID as there were some Interior Design students present as well. Gave them a knock on their heads from construction’s perspective. 😅

Equivalent to the scale of Dubai Mansions, this house entails classical intent infused with modern elements at mega scale proportions unlike any other typical houses.

It’s a fun play of modular grids realizing the elements to that sort of scale.

Had a visit from ICU PM’s Office today inspecting our project for a Masjid’s Quarters together with the Committee Members of the Masjid.

Progress is healthy & ahead of schedule. Lets hope it remains that way.

As practitioners we try our best to give adequate information to them so as they won’t ‘culture shocked’ when they are released from the cages of university to the wild reality of work.
