SIBLING HOUSES

was designed for 2 brothers and their families. The brothers are also taking care of their aging mother.
sitting on a 9,300 sqft land, the main challenge was to fit in two separate houses that consists of living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and 3 more bedrooms.
We sought the most ideal spatial arrangement to meet their needs. We also proposed a link communal deck to marry the two houses. The objectives was to have their own private spaces and also a linked space to get together.
