[February 2025 Completed Project] Corporate Office in a reimagined shoplots, Kuching.
This is the heart of the office.
The moment you step into the double-volume atrium, the space opens up completely—light, volume, movement, and energy all happening at once. We wanted the office to feel less corporate, and more alive.
The orange staircase became the defining gesture of the space. Bold, glowing, impossible to ignore. More than just circulation, it became a statement—something people instantly remember the moment they walk in.
Above, meeting rooms overlook the atrium, keeping visual connection across floors and making the workplace feel connected instead of compartmentalized.
At the centre, the common area was designed for people to slow down, gather, and reset. Freeform seating, casual conversations, a game of snooker in between work—because great workplaces should support both productivity and culture.
This project was about creating an office people actually want to be in.
