Visiting new unit of apartment or condo has become my daily routine work schedule. It was filled with images in my mind of how the house can be and also how it might be able to design. Photos below are taken from one of the unit at Youcity 3. The purpose of the renovation is for renting out the unit in a very tight budget but also need to be simple and nice which able to attract the tenants.

30k 装修能做什么给屋主??

挑战30天完成一间超过30年的公寓单位装修翻新. 华人新年前开工, 中间还一堆假期没人没货. 可是还是终于在最后一天29/02/2024完成全部改造.

屋主要求:
翻新改造后可以买新家私出租

经过讨论， 我们和屋主决定改造翻新的任务:
1. 地板墙壁瓷砖不一样, 那么多年来陆陆续续换了一些. 所以已经到处不同颜色. 污迹也清理不了.
2. 房间厕所附近的地板墙壁防水决定要从新做过.
3. 厕所天花板要换新，水管要检查漏水问题.
4. 从新拉电，原本实在太暗. 所有改加灯的地方都加. 将全家变成明亮温馨.
5. 地板加新的元素比如SPC Flooring, 将原本的时代感焕然一新变成目前大家比较容易接受的时尚居家品位.
6. 全家色调以明亮舒服居家为主. 包括门的颜色或者坏掉的门改换也换. 墙壁瓷砖颜色也换过.
7. 拆掉原本橱柜, 安装新的给未来租客.
8. 控制在30K以内. 😂😂😝设计师想办法......

设计师过年睡不着觉了🤣🤪😜

Another home project at Goodwood Residence, Bangsar South. Using the white colour blinds as the theme of all the rooms while white sheer at the living room. The design purpose is to seamlessly integrate contemporary elements with the fusion of brightness, cleanliness but also offering a sense of comfort to the home owner. Thus all the walls and ceilings are painted in cream colour throughout the whole unit
