First attempt for housing.

What started as an idea for conventional semi detached houses transformed as we study deeper on the local housing needs. The result is a model that offering more than traditional single or double storey homes - a chance for an innovative housing solution that minimizes unnecessary construction costs, making homeownership more accessible, while enhancing long-term flexibility.

The design blend single-storey bedrooms with rooftop terraces, and double-volume living and dining areas with mezzanine floors. This diverse layout allows residents to personalize their living spaces endlessly, catering to various needs. They are designed with ample openings for cross ventilation and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions that embrace natural surroundings at the foot of a hill.

These are frameworks that transcend time, evolving with their inhabitants, an evolutionary homes.
