In the heart of Kuala Lumpur, ST Rosyam Mart at Jakel Mall is envisioned not merely as a supermarket, but as a living civic space—a place where the rhythm of daily life unfolds, 24 hours a day. Designed by Youngblood, the project transforms the act of grocery shopping into an experience of energy, familiarity, and positive optimism.

At a time when the world is often weighed down by uncertainty, economic pressure, and emotional fatigue, this space is intentionally crafted as a beacon of accessibility and hope—a place where people can come at any hour, not just to buy, but to feel grounded.

A Market for the People/
Rooted in the spirit of the Malaysian pasar, the design celebrates abundance, openness, and community. Generous produce islands, bulk displays, and clear zoning create an environment that feels honest, welcoming, and alive.

Every aisle is intuitive, every corner visible—removing barriers and encouraging movement, interaction, and discovery. It is a place where families, workers, night owls, and early risers all cross paths, forming a shared everyday narrative.
