Every finished home begins with a vision. What starts as a 3D drawing eventually becomes a space where families live, gather, rest, and create memories. From the grand entrance and living area to the custom kitchen, bedrooms, walk-in wardrobe, and master bathroom, this home was designed with careful attention to both aesthetics and everyday living.

A pink bathroom among all the others. Too bold? We made the call. We designed this space with full pink subway tiles, dark terrazzo, black matte fixtures, and a neon hanger hidden inside the wardrobe that glows when the doors open. A little pop of colour. Still designed to feel personal.
粉色浴室，会不会太大胆？这个浴室，我们用粉色地铁砖、深色水磨石、黑色雾面五金，再加上藏在衣柜里、开门会亮起的霓虹挂杆，让空间多了一点反差，也多了一点趣味。这是我们回应不同家庭成员需求的方式。让每个空间，都更有属于自己的个性。

Most kitchens are designed around storage. We started by asking who would actually live in this space.
For this bungalow, the answer was a multi generational family with different routines, shared moments, and multiple people moving through the same kitchen every day. The island became the starting point, followed by full height cabinetry, warm lit shelving, and a separate wet kitchen.
很多厨房设计，先考虑的是收纳。而我们先思考的是：真正使用这个厨房的人是谁。这个 Bungalow 项目里，我们围绕多代同堂家庭展开设计。不同生活节奏、共享日常与厨房动线，让中岛台成为空间核心，再延伸出满高柜体、暖光层架与独立湿厨房。每一个细节，都围绕真实生活方式去规划。

From expansive living spaces and natural light to marble finishes, glass details, and warm textures, every element was planned to create a home that feels luxurious, cohesive, and welcoming.

Does natural light make people want to stay longer? We think so.
We shaped every decision in this space around that idea from seating flow and layered materials to warm tones and the way natural light moves through the room. Designed to feel open, comfortable, and naturally easy to slow down in.
自然采光，能不能让顾客更愿意停留？答案是可以的。
一个舒服的咖啡馆空间，往往来自光线、动线与细节之间的平衡。
这次我们和客户一起，从座位规划、甜品面包陈列，到材质层次与温暖色调，细心打磨每一个细节。希望整个空间在开放感、舒适度与自然流动之间找到刚好的平衡。让每位来到这里的客人，都能慢慢放松下来。
