Commiphora saxicola, commonly known as the rock incense tree or Namibian myrrh, is a species of flowering plant native to Namibia. It belongs to the family Burseraceae, which includes other aromatic resin-producing trees like frankincense and myrrh.

It thrives in rocky, arid landscapes, particularly in Namibia's harsh deserts. It’s well adapted to survive with minimal water, often growing on rocky outcrops or dry riverbeds.

Resin Production: Like other Commiphora species, C. saxicola produces a fragrant resin, similar to myrrh, which is used in traditional practices and perfumes. When the bark is damaged, it releases a fragrant sap that hardens into a resin

没药（Commiphora saxicola），俗称岩香树或纳米比亚没药，是一种原产于纳米比亚的开花植物。它属于伞科科，该科还包括乳香和没药等其他产生芳香树脂的树木。

它在多岩石、干旱的地区繁衍生息，特别是在纳米比亚的严酷沙漠中。它非常适合在少量水的情况下生存，通常生长在岩石露头或干涸的河床上。
