Project: single storey new bungalow architectural design and service
Location: Seremban

A simple single storey bungalow to keep construction cost at lowest possible yet to have some unique architectural features with the variety level of the roofs in context with the sloping road level in front.

It's an experimental project for senior citizen specifically in seremban whom only will be occupying by the master most of the time that needed not too much of built-up area and levels for the ease of maintenance.

Project: Interior design for intermediate terrace house
Location: Seremban 2
Design theme: contemporary

A house for retirement and senior citizen friendly. The design intention is to improve circulation area for senior citizen conveniently from bedroom to living room and dry kitchen yet the master still can enjoying their retirement life in their private spaces upstairs. Many OKU friendly thought has been projected and prepared for spaces such as bath room and staircase.

Project: Interior design for end lot terrace house
Location: Seremban
Design theme: contemporary simplicity

A house for three generations that stay together. Kids and parent are the core users of the house. Therefore softer flooring material is important, seats have to be sufficient for the large family members, walls and partitions to be rearranged minimally so it has better circulation and privacy in a very cost effective way.

Simplicity design theme in contemporary way to bring out the cleanliness of the straight lines with single bold light strip to visually extend the depth of the house.

Project: 2 storey new bungalow architectural design and service
Location: Seremban

The house is located at the hill top next to the busy and noisy Plus highway. The main design concern is the privacy due to the unsecured community with no gated and guarded, so the design priority is to keep the house appearance as low profile as possible yet it still pleasant to look at. To minimise the wall openings at the front but still having sizeable external space for car parking and etc...

The important frequently occupied spaces to be located facing the rear to keep away the noise pollution from the highway. An internal court yard is located at the center of the house so the owner still can enjoy the greenery internally.
