① 营运专员（订单 & 客户协调）

🧩 你会做什么？

* 把订单从「下单」到「出货」顺顺接好

* 跟进客户需求，确保流程不卡关

* 用系统、表格、工具把事情变简单

* 协调内部进度，让每个环节清楚衔接

👉 这是需要动脑、懂流程的营运工作，不是死板行政。

🙋‍♀️ 我们在找你，如果你：

* 至少中学毕业（SPM 或同等学历）

* 喜欢把事情规划好、顺顺完成

* 不怕沟通，也不爱推责任

* 对流程、效率有感觉

* 希望学到真正的营运逻辑

* 想要一份越做越值钱的工作

📌 不要求经验，态度与学习力最重要。

② 行政助理（Admin Executive）

🧩 你会做什么？

* 整理与管理文件、资料、日常记录

* 协助处理行政事务（表格、资料更新、简单报表）

* 跟内部同事对接，确保事情不遗漏、不拖延

* 用系统或表格把重复工作整理得更有效率

* 协助维持公司日常运作的稳定度

👉 不是杂事集合，而是让公司运作更顺的行政角色。

* 至少中学毕业（SPM 或同等学历）

* 做事细心，喜欢把事情整理清楚

* 有责任感，不爱敷衍了事

* 不怕学新工具、新流程（我们会教）
