Many families struggle with so many daily problems in their houses
Some cases are
1. Small rooms
2. Poor lighting
3. Lack of privacy especially in the other room for couples😅
4. No storage
5, Hot interiors
6. Bad circulation of air

Well you are no different from a client who we helped to create a design who had a small plot of land and wanted a 4 bedroom fully detached duplex just like the 3D design in this post.
I recognised the layout, added cross ventilation and created central packing space. Now the house feels open and private.
Note: this design is strictly for small land owners, who want a home for their family.

Many people think snakes appear in homes by chance — but most times, it’s the environment and building design that invite them.
Snakes are attracted to houses because of open gaps, poor drainage, overgrown surroundings, scattered waste, and rodents hiding around buildings. When foundations sit directly on the ground, walls are rough, and doors don’t seal properly, snakes find easy entry.
But smart architectural building plans and construction can help change this
