Sino Turnkey Projects Limited is looking to hire a young and proactive Female Architect to fill the position in its vibrant project team for one of its projects at Ikoyi, Lagos Nigeria.
Project involves large scale renovation works in a high-end residential area.

REQUIREMENTS:
All intending applications should posses the following:
- Minimum of B.Sc or equivalent in Architecture or related fields.
- NYSC discharge certificate
- 2 to 5 years' relevant work experience in the industry
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
-Ability to read, understand and interpret AEC drawings/documents and specifications is a huge plus.
-Able to proactively address potential issues Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
-Significant hands-on experience with industry-specific software (Revit, Adobe, Indesign)
-Able to work independently with little supervision
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the project's success.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment.
