Did you know that a joyful heart and a smiling spirit can positively impact your health?

The Bible highlights this powerful truth: “A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” — Proverbs 17:22.
In the same way, we are reminded that “a cheerful heart has a continual feast.” — Proverbs 15:15.

Choosing to smile, laugh, and maintain a positive outlook is more than just an emotion—it is a form of strength that nourishes both the mind and the body. A grateful and joyful spirit reflects trust in God and contributes to a healthier, more peaceful life.

If you believe in the power of joy and positivity, feel free to share a smiling photo of yourself 😊
Let your joy inspire others!

For me, this simple habit of staying joyful continues to be a source of strength and well-being.

A young brother named Sipho from South Africa attended a regional convention for the very first time after receiving an invitation from a workmate. At first, he only planned to attend for one day, but the love, unity, and Bible-based teachings he experienced deeply touched his heart.

He was especially moved seeing thousands of people from different backgrounds worshipping Jehovah together peacefully. The talks answered many questions he had struggled with for years, and the warm welcome from the brothers and sisters made him feel like part of a family.

After the convention, Sipho began studying the Bible regularly and attending meetings at the Kingdom Hall. The more he learned about Jehovah’s promises and His Kingdom, the stronger his faith became. In time, he dedicated his life to Jehovah and got baptized.

Today, Sipho often says with a smile:

> “I attended one convention in South Africa… and I never left Jehovah’s organization.”

His story reminds us that a single spiritual event can truly change a person’s life forever. ✨🙏

Please Keep Sister Ireen and Her Mum in Your Prayers 🙏

One of our dear sisters, Ireen Chanda Chola, a regular pioneer, reached out to share what she’s going through.

She’s facing deep trials:
She lost her firstborn son suddenly.
Her father also passed away suddenly not long after.
Now her mum is very sick with a stroke and needs care.

Through all of this, sister Ireen said her heart is still open to Jehovah. She wrote:
“I always rely on Jehovah knowing that he will act on behalf and having a hope for the future.”

She mentioned scriptures that strengthen her: Isaiah 33:24 and Isaiah 25:8 - the promise that soon “no resident will say, ‘I am sick’” and that Jehovah will “swallow up death forever.”

Let’s surround her with love right now.
Please drop a prayer for sister Ireen and her mum in the comments. Let her know she’s not alone and that Jehovah is near to the brokenhearted - Psalm 34:18.

We love you, sister Ireen. We’re praying for you. 💙🙏

💔 After a full morning of field service in her territory,

Sister Ashley was heading home when she suddenly felt weak and collapsed. Her family rushed her to the hospital.

When she opened her eyes in the hospital bed, connected to oxygen, the first thing she whispered was, “Did I miss the afternoon meeting?”

The doctors said she needed rest, but Ashley said she needed Jehovah’s strength more. Even in that hospital bed, she asked the nurse if she could share a scripture with her.

Isaiah 41:10 kept playing in her mind: “Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you.”

She’s still recovering, but her joy hasn’t left her. She sends her love to the congregation and says she can’t wait to be back in field service again.

Please keep Sister Ashley in your prayers. May Jehovah strengthen her body, give her peace of mind, and lift her spirit until she’s fully recovered. 💛🏥

From the farthest corners of the earth—where oceans divide nations and cultures speak in countless tongues—a quiet but powerful movement is taking shape.

It is not led by politics, wealth, or human ambition… but by faith.

Imagine a young woman in a remote village, reading her Bible at sunrise. A family in a busy city pauses their day to pray. A man walks miles just to learn more about Jehovah. Though they have never met, they are united by one purpose.

This is not coincidence.

It is fulfillment.

The apostle John once saw this very moment in vision:

“After this I saw, and look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues…” —Revelation 7:9

This “great crowd” is not limited by race, language, or location. They come from the distant parts of the earth—drawn together in pure worship.

And what unites them?

One voice. One message:

“Salvation we owe to our God… and to the Lamb.” —Revelation 7:10

Long ago, Jesus foretold how this would happen:

“This good news of the Kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations…” —Matthew 24:14

Today, that message is reaching hearts everywhere—in places once thought unreachable.

Just as foretold:

“Many peoples will go and say, ‘Come, let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah… and he will instruct us about his ways.’” —Isaiah 2:2-3

This is more than a prophecy.

It is a living reality.

Across the globe, a united people is forming—peaceful, joyful, and devoted to Jehovah.

And now, a personal question remains:

When that great crowd stands together… will you be among them?

🙏💔 17-year-old Sarah is facing the biggest battle of her young life.

Tonight, Sarah lies in a hospital bed trying to be brave, but deep inside she is scared. Just a few months ago, she was enjoying school, laughing with friends, and dreaming about her future. She never imagined that endless headaches, dizziness, and hospital visits would lead to words no child should ever have to hear:

"You have a brain tumor.

Tomorrow morning, Sarah will be taken into surgery as a team of doctors fights to save her life and give her the future she deserves.

Despite the fear, Sarah has shown extraordinary courage. She continues to smile at her nurses, thank every doctor who enters her room, and comfort her family even when she is the one who needs comforting the most.

Tonight, while much of the world sleeps, her parents will sit beside her hospital bed holding her hand, whispering prayers through tears, and hoping with all their hearts for a successful surgery and many beautiful years ahead.

Please keep Sarah in your thoughts and prayers tonight. May Jehovah give her strength, peace, and comfort as she faces tomorrow's battle. ❤️🤍🙏🫂

Born in 1913 and baptized in 1945, this faithful sister is now 113 years old and continues to set a remarkable example of endurance, loyalty, and love for Jehovah. ❤️

Recently, she had the special privilege of being interviewed during the Service Meeting on the topic “A Century of Advertising.” What an encouraging reminder of a lifetime spent faithfully praising Jehovah and supporting Kingdom interests. ✨

Even while living in an assisted living facility, our dear sister remains active in the ministry by writing over 300 letters and placing about 15 books. Her zeal, determination, and unwavering faith continue to inspire all who know her.

She proves that age is never a barrier to serving Jehovah wholeheartedly. Her life stands as a beautiful testimony of perseverance, devotion, and spiritual strength. 🙏

May Jehovah continue to bless and strengthen this faithful sister in Rockford as she keeps shining as a wonderful example to the congregation and to all of us.

Witnesses seek Eternal Happiness

JEHOVAH’S Witnesses are set to host their annual global convention series in Zambia under the theme ‘Eternal happiness’.

In a statement issued yesterday, the religious organisation said the free three-day programme, which will begin on June 12, is expected to attract over 725,000 attendees countrywide over 15 weekends.

National spokesperson Gozalemo Phiri said the convention will focus on how people can achieve lasting happiness through Bible-based principles.

“Who doesn’t want to be happy? This year’s convention theme discusses how to be happy and how to remain happy,” Mr Phiri said.

He said attendees will also learn about the hope for the future through spirituality and practical teachings from the Bible.

The programme will feature Bible-based talks, interviews and video presentations covering topics such as anxiety, happiness and faith.

Convention organisers also announced the release of episodes four, five and six of the video series, The Good News According to Jesus, which depicts the life and Ministry of Jesus Christ based on Gospel accounts.

The Witnesses said the gatherings are expected to boost economic activity, particularly in the transport sector, as people travel from different parts of the country to attend.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the closing song, “He Will Call,” left a deep impression on my heart.

As the melody filled the hall, I suddenly heard someone weeping—not softly, but with deep, heartfelt emotion. I turned and saw a fellow attendee quietly shedding tears. In that moment, I too became overwhelmed.

It made me reflect on how many people carry silent burdens. Many are grieving—missing a parent, a sibling, a dear friend, or someone they loved deeply. Though time may pass, the pain of loss often lingers.

That song reached beyond words. Its lyrics and melody gently reminded us of a powerful truth found in God’s Word:

“He will call, and I will answer him.” — Job 14:15

What a comforting promise—that Jehovah lovingly remembers those who have fallen asleep in death and longs to bring them back to life. As Jesus assured:

“All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” — John 5:28, 29

And again, the hope is reaffirmed:

“The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it.” — Psalm 37:29

Though we deeply miss our loved ones, we are not without hope. Jehovah’s promise of the resurrection is real, sure, and near. Sometimes, even a song can gently remind us of that precious hope.
