Some days are spent in meetings. Some days are spent on site. Most days are a combination of both.
Today was one of those days.
From reviewing progress at The Quartz Project to coordinating works at The Onyx Project, every visit is about ensuring the details are right and the vision stays on track.
The plan also included The Cobalt Project, but with works temporarily paused, that inspection will have to wait for another day.
Project management is about adapting, solving problems, and keeping every moving part aligned toward a common goal.
Just another day in the life of Chioma.
