Project “Á.O.J” is a block of apartments aimed at low-income individuals and families. The objective was to design a modern home within a tight land area (320sqm) while considering the return on investment.
We managed to create six units of mini flats and two-bedroom apartments without sacrificing the minimum space requirements for the interiors, ensuring maximum privacy and convenience.
