A large plot of 3,433 sqm is subdivided into five (5) individual parcels to accommodate stand-alone villas, each conceived as an independent residence with the full complement of amenities and features associated with luxury living.
Situated in Ikoyi – a highbrow neighbourhood in Lagos distinguished by its exclusivity and prime real estate value – the project seeks to leverage and extend these inherent qualities. The overarching design strategy establishes a private mini-estate, articulated through a shared tree-lined driveway, coordinated communal services, and a landscape driven approach that reinforces privacy and spatial quality.
While all villas are organized around a consistent programmatic framework, the scheme introduces two architectural prototypes: Villas 1–4 adopt a common prototype, while Villa 5 is developed as a distinct variation. Each villa is provided with a private swimming pool and garden, and the buildings are arranged over four levels.
The exterior expression is defined by a palette of three primary materials – glass, travertine stone, and timber slats. The stone cladding introduces depth and texture to the façades, while the timber slats function as a mediating element, offering privacy and solar control while maintaining visual permeability and connection to the surrounding context.
