Throwback to one of our community impact initiatives through the BPG WASH Initiative.

As part of our commitment to improving access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene, Black Pelican Group supported the renovation of toilet facilities at Arch-Bishop Taylor Nursery and Primary School through a donation aimed at creating a healthier and safer learning environment for the pupils.

We believe that proper sanitation is fundamental to wellbeing, dignity, and academic development. Through purposeful interventions like this, we remain committed to supporting sustainable community development and improving lives where it matters most.

Throwback to a meaningful Women’s Month moment.

We were proud to be part of the Cycology Amazon event themed “Give to Gain: Investing in Health, Wealth, and Purpose.” Representing Black Pelican Group, our Head of People and Culture, Sandra Oyugbo, joined a panel of thought leaders to share insights on a topic that truly matters: health as the foundation for a fulfilling and successful life.

One message stood out clearly: when we are intentional about our health through better lifestyle choices, preventive care, and mental well-being, the returns go far beyond the physical. We gain clarity, productivity, and a stronger sense of purpose.

Recently, our MD spent time with our newest team members in a session focused on two principles that continue to shape our culture; clarity and a possibility mindset.

He emphasized the importance of having a clear sense of purpose and direction, alongside the belief that more is possible when we challenge our limits. Beyond that, he reinforced the need for discipline and consistency in turning vision into meaningful results.

In today’s environment, he highlighted that effort alone is not enough. What truly sets individuals apart is the value they bring and their ability to differentiate themselves through intentional thinking, ex*****on, and daily commitment.

As an ESG-compliant brand committed to promoting environmentally responsible and sustainable solutions, we proudly participated in the two-day conference themed “Accelerating West Africa’s Green Transition: Innovation, Policy and Investment.” The event, organized by Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Nigeria, was held at Landmark Event Centre on the 17th and 18th of March.

The forum brought together key stakeholders across industries to engage in critical conversations shaping the region’s sustainability agenda. We were particularly pleased to contribute to discussions centered on water management, waste management, and green infrastructure, areas that are pivotal to building resilient and future-ready communities.
