On this and month of The international woman, I would be crushing on myself and celebrating all the women of the world showing up everyday and doing it afraid.

I would love to share a few of my personal musings and hope you find one or two that resonates with you.❣️

* Nothing good is ever out of reach its just on the other side of your comfort zone so change location .

* The day you try to stretch a little your entire physiology would put up a resistance cos your being loves the default setting.

*Let your spirit train your mind your body would align.

* Be single minded about your vision, let it be the only thoughts you permit in your mind.

* You can never truly divorce your spirituality from your life's journey.

* life would test you, it would stretch you but you have to be mentally strong.

* let Discipline and consistency be your guiding light

* Do it broke, Do it alone, Do it afraid ...just do it. 🫶.

They say there is no new year if there is no new you.

This year we're going to stretch , 'cos the comfort zone is not a permanent resident it's a temporary pitfall.

This year we're going to silence the lie in our head that has kept us stuck in familiarity. Out with the old you , in with the new you. That being said these pieces of lovely soafers are available for pick up and can be done in any colour of choice.
