Unrendered and untextured, I enjoy the traditional black-and-white presentation of models. Here is a five-bedroom residence with a pool on site which I am currently working on. The ground floor features a garage, an anteroom, a double-volume living room and dining, a bedroom, a kitchen, and two stairs. The first floor features three bedrooms, a lounge, a study, and balcony spaces with a stair leading to the penthouse. The penthouse features a private living room, the master bedroom, a large closet and bathroom, and surrounding balcony spaces.

It has a ground floor area of about 190 square meters and a total floor area of about 650 square meters.

Hopefully, it comes out nice when rendered and animated.

It's been an interesting journey, and I have seen God help me. Today, I am a year older and I am immensely grateful: grateful to God and grateful to men. Thank you also for staying these 365 days with me, and I am looking forward to another cycle filled with much more grace and love from God and from men.

😏 The best times in life? 😏 are those spent with books and cold 1-litre yogurt, in a solitary room with power supply and free wifi😁.

A major presentation coming up next week for me to kick start my Ph.D. thesis writing at Rivers State University entering the next phase as course work would come to an end this semester. I am really excited about the thought flow, although it seems like a rabbit hole but I hope to narrow it down. Ummm, not yet there but the build-up for my mind dey sweet me already😌, 200 - 600 pages of reading should brush it up. If people could live in their thoughts, I go get one full planet there 😅.
