1) MSA07: MSASS00003 High Pressure Water Jetting Assistant MSAPMWJ201A Use high pressure water jetting equipment
Unit Descriptor: This unit of competency covers the use of high pressure water jetting equipment under the supervision of a competent operator. The job may be to clean, prepare, abrade, cut or demolish concrete, steel or other plant, equipment, vessels or infrastructure. This work is undertaken in compliance with AS/NZS 4233.1:2013 High Pressure Water Jetting Systems Part 1: Safe Operation and Maintenance, or its authorized replacement.
Element 1 Prepare for work
Element 2 Complete on-site preparation
Element 3 Set up job under supervision.
Element 4 Undertake water jetting job in accordance with procedures
Element 5 Complete job.
2) MSAPMPER200C Work in accordance with an issued permit
Unit Descriptor: This unit aims to ensure that people working under a permit to work understand the system, know the limitations of the permit under which they are working and comply with all the requirements of the permit. The people to whom this unit applies may be called 'permit recipients' or 'permit holders' by some organizations. Some organizations call 'permits' 'clearances'
This unit covers the basic competency of working under a permit.

8) MSAPMOHS200A Work safely
Unit Descriptor: On completion of this unit, the worker will be able to identify Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) hazards, and assess risk, as well as follow instructions and procedures in the workplace with minimal supervision. The worker will also be capable of participating in and contributing to OHS management issues.
Element 1 Identify hazards and assess risk.
Element 2 Follow procedures for risk control.
Element 3 Follow emergency procedures
Element 4 Initiate suggestions to enhance task/job-specific safety.
Element 5 Apply knowledge of OHS legislation and the organization OHS policies and procedures
3) MSAPMOHS110A Follow emergency response procedures
Unit Descriptor: This unit relates to the appropriate response to emergency situations for any new workers at the workplace, possibly delivered as part of an induction program.

(7) Pipeline Certification Training
Prokleen’s NCCER’s Pipeline Training and Assessment Program (PTAP) was developed in partnership with the pipeline industry by NCCER. It consists of pipeline curriculum and pipeline skill assessments to qualify pipeline personnel under the Department of Transportation's regulation for Pipeline Operator Qualification, CFR Part 192 for gas and CFR Part 195 for liquid.
Description.
The PTAP offers written assessments and performance verifications that are directly linked to covered tasks. The PTAP curricula, through individual modules, also offer written examinations and performance tests that are linked directly to covered tasks. Operators and pipeline contractors can determine which methods they will recognize and how those methods will be used in verifying the qualification of their workers. NCCER pipeline curriculum and assessments are accepted by the leading owner clients in the oil and gas industry.

(8) Gas Free /Confine Space Certification /Training
PNL carries out tank atmosphere testing and gas-free certification/Training , with supervisors fully trained in the use of gas detection equipment and oxygen level metering. All relevant safety regulations together with local fire authority recommendations are stringently followed, and may include the use of breathing apparatus or full “Chemron” positive pressure protection suits.
(9) Vessel/ Tank Cleaning Training /Certification
Tank cleaning is complicated, dirty and potentially dangerous work. Fires and explosions can occur due to the combustibility of the material being dealt with.
Prokleen Nigeria Limited offer a comprehensive training /certification services for the internal cleaning of tanks which may contain harmful substances to a certified gas-free standard, including tanks contaminated with aviation fuels, oil-based products, acids, phenols, chemicals, agricultural products and cyanides. The training may also extend to decommissioning and removal of the tanks.
For each operation PNL provide a full Risk Assessment and Method Statement giving precise details of the plant and equipment to be utilized together with details of the qualifications of the personnel involved in the operation and the programme for carrying out the work.
