In elk ontwerpproces trachten wij functionaliteit en esthetica op elkaar te laten aansluiten. Hierbij staat de mens en zijn of haar welbevinden centraal. Wij besteden veel aandacht aan de detaillering in het uitvoeringsproces zodat het gemaakte ontwerp optimaal tot zijn recht kan komen. Voor elke opdrachtgever zoeken wij de meest passende vormen en materialen, ieder ontwerp is daarom uniek. Duurza

The project is equipped with penthouses with architectural roofs that visually connect the high and low rise buildings. The green gardens and parks in combination with sustainable materials and spacious layout make this building a part of the city of Amstelveen.

The plan realizes a radical transformation in which the total change in style is striking. Marcels inspiration for the design is rooted in the combination of a Mediterranean free youth, organic architecture and international travel.

From the first development of the ‘Bovenlanden project’ in 1986 to the current redevelopment, Marcel van der Schalk has been involved in this unique project in Amstelveen. From beautiful office building in 1990 to a residential complex that will be a part of the green city of Amstelveen.
