Nabij Nijmegen ontwierp en realiseerde Strak Studio de make-over van deze grote villatuin. Organische vormen, waterpartijen, prachtige inheemse bomen, verhoogde bloeiende border partijen en een meanderend pad door deze landschappelijke tuin creëren een bijzondere tuinervaring.

A well-designed garden is not only about its summer peak.
At Strak Studio, we design gardens to be beautiful all year round.

Evergreen trees and shrubs form the backbone of the garden, giving structure, calm and continuity through every season. Combined with trees and shrubs that reveal their true character in winter — through sculptural forms, elegant branching or expressive bark — they add depth and atmosphere, even without leaves.

From precisely shaped Taxus baccata, cloud-pruned Osmanthus, and rich evergreen Rhododendron, to the refined silhouette of Ulmus minor ‘Jacqueline Hillier’ dusted with snow — winter reveals the essence of a garden.

Because true design doesn’t fade with the seasons.

As 2025 draws to a close, we extend our sincere gratitude to our clients for their trust!

Throughout the year, we had the privilege of designing and realising bespoke gardens across the Netherlands, including projects in Amsterdam (various projects), Rotterdam, Leiden (pictured) Weesp, Ophemert, Geldermalsen, The Hague, Utrecht, Doorn, Wijchen and Hvar (Croatia)
Several of these projects will be brought to life (landscaping) in the year ahead — we look forward to sharing the images with you in the spring!

Strak Studio travelled to Milan for an exclusive training at Paola Lenti. It was an immersive encounter with colour, craftsmanship and material innovation. Experiencing their design philosophy up close showed how texture, harmony and functionality come together to shape outdoor environments with lasting impact.

During the trip, we also visited other brands Strak Studio proudly represents, including and , further enriching the experience and deepening our understanding of innovative outdoor design.

The insights gained in Milan strengthen Strak Studio’s commitment to refined outdoor design and inspire the team to elevate every project, from private gardens to high end residential landscapes and outdoor living concepts.
