- Hello, Robby. We have a couple of projects in mind for you: The first would be to add a toilet in the attic where there is currently only a shower and a sink (a separate “room” needs to be built). And the second would be to build a dividing wall in the master bedroom. Can you help us?
- Of course! As always, I'd be delighted to help you with both projects! In the case of the toilet, if you agree, I'll install a macerator toilet, and with the dividing wall, I'll leave it ready for you to paint it whatever colour you like.

We are moving now to October 2024. The family asked me to do a full bathroom renovation. The new setting implied to leave the bathtub, remove the current radiator and a shower cabin (quite high to step in), adding some electricity points and installing a electrical floor heating and towel radiator, also electric. I also made a dividing wall between shower and toilet and I laid floor and wall tiles.

June 2024 was the right month to perform this kitchen renovation. A complete new setting with moving / adding electrical connections and water supply and draining. Remove the wooden floor and lay a beautiful set of tiles plus a bit of plastering and painting was also done in there.
It should be mentioned worktop and backsplash was installed by a specialized company. Here are some pictures of before and after:

Yesterday was one of the saddest days of our lives; our beloved Frida has crossed the "rainbow bridge". 😢
You have been with us for almost all of your life (18 years) and we have taken care of you as best we have been able and known. A part of our heart has gone with you. We have loved you a lot and we hope you have loved us too.
Rest in peace, "jefa".. 🥺😭😭😭

February 2024 was the perfect month to isolate a roof to make the house more energy efficient and fit some light spots in the process. For one particular area of the house, it was necessary to use scaffolding. Here are some pictures:

Hello everybody.
2024 has been a good year in terms of projects; full renovations of kitchens, bathrooms, isolation work and other "small" jobs. Plus starting a full house renovation (isolation, kitchen, bathroom, heating, flooring, electricity, plastering, etc.) that is still in progress due to many additions/modifications "on the fly".

My last post is dated from December 2023... Time flies like an arrow!

Starting with this post, I am going to show you some of the projects I have performed along 2024.

I started the year with a kitchen renovation: I removed the old kitchen and one dividing wall, re-made the draining and the water supply plus added a perilex for the new induction plate. It implied crawling under the house to make that possible. I also updated the main switchbox. Then, I assembled and installed all the cabinets and I installed the countertop, sink, induction plate and other appliances plus tiled a wall and laid a vinyl floor. Here are some pictures:

A while ago, a customer asked me to convert the garage of his new house into a "home cinema". For this, new light points had to be placed in the new false ceiling, sockets everywhere and, of course, the 7.1 speaker system. I took care of everything except tiling and plastering, the latter done by an exceptional colleague and great professional. Here are the before, during and after pictures.

This is not a "job" post. Today is a very sad day as our beloved male cat, Vincent, has passed away. It has been a 18 years trip together. A piece of our heart has gone with you. We will always love you! R.I.P.
