1:500 scale model of the Kabeldistrict area in Delft for

Some of the materials we used for this model are mostly left-over

- Stainless steel
- Aluminium
- Zink
- Custom colored resins
- Re-used packaging foam

The colors represent different functions of the new to come buildings within the plan area. The ‘former’ Cable factory is entirely made from stainless steel. As is the base which is essentially a mosaic inlay.

All painstakingly put together by hand in many many late night hours. With help from .

Congratulating and with their finalist selection for the 2021 with SAWA Rotterdam and Fenix I!

We had the honor to build both models for Fenix I and SAWA in scale 1:200 and 1:100 for

Sawa, the first wooden apartment building in the Netherlands, we built in scale 1:100 completely out of natural wood. Check out
