Visualized for Diederendirrix architectuur & stedenbouw in 2013, residential complex Picuskade is part of the restructuring of the historic industrial area at the head of the Eindhoven Canal. We are thrilled to show off our contribution to the reconstruction efforts of this important industrial area.

Back in 2013, we visualized this cozy series of residential dwellings in Culemborg for Eentien Architecten. The structure maximizes the flexibility of the floor plan by using a smart prefab concrete hull with a very short construction time. The project offers a lot of possibilities for quality living quarters.

Visualized for FABRICations this structure in France was made to embody the positive dynamics of small communities, generating a sustainable village-like community. The Merwede area development is a new neighborhood in Utrecht featuring 6,000 homes. Developed by Janssen de Jong Projectontwikkeling, Lingotto Ontwikkeling and 3T Vastgoed, the 65,000 m² project consists of two residential blocks. The area will offer 420 homes with an interesting program in the plinth and redevelopment of the bicycle depot.
