Highlighting local and sustainable businesses: While evaluating options to solve our watering problem in the garden we had a visit by Thijs Berkers who is producing "Ollas" here in Eindhoven. These unglazed ceramic vessels are buried in the garden and filled with water. The water is then keeping the ground moist underground feeding the plant constantly, while reducing overall water usage.
Stay tuned, we will invite him in the future to share his great and locally produced product.
