What once appeared as a fragmented and chaotic ensemble reveals an underlying logic — a sequence of objects aligned in relation to the river and terrain.

New project by OFFICE INAINN — the transformation of a former water treatment facility that once served a 1960s holiday resort.

What makes this place unique is the relationship between the existing structure and the surrounding nature, which has gradually reclaimed it over the years.

Our intention is to preserve this tension and reinterpret the building as a calm, functional place for rest.

Set within a forest landscape, the project grows out of the site’s history, material presence, and natural context, which have defined its character from the very beginning.
