नेपालमा सफल एभोकाडो खेती गर्न सही प्रजाति र grafted बिरुवा छान्नु सबैभन्दा महत्वपूर्ण हुन्छ।
सुरुमा grafted बिरुवा किन्दा अलि महँगो परे पनि, सही हेरचाह गरेमा २ वर्षभित्रै बिरुवामा गरिएको लगानी उठ्न सक्छ।
Seed (non-grafted) बाट सुरु गर्दा फल लाग्न ७–१० वर्षसम्म लाग्न सक्छ, फलको गुणस्तर अनिश्चित हुन्छ र धेरै बिरुवाले फल नै नदिने जोखिम हुन्छ।
तर grafted एभोकाडो बिरुवा छिटो फल लाग्ने, एकनासे आकार र स्वाद हुने, तथा रोग प्रतिरोधात्मक हुने भएकाले व्यावसायिक खेतीका लागि बढी उपयुक्त हुन्छ।
नराम्रो वा गलत प्रजातिको बिरुवाबाट सुरु गर्दा समय, श्रम र लगानी खेर जान सक्छ।
सफल एभोकाडो खेतीको आधार भनेकै सही प्रजाति र grafted बिरुवा हो।

To successfully farm avocados in Nepal, choosing the right variety and grafted plants is the most important factor.
Although grafted plants may cost slightly more at the beginning, with proper care the investment in plants can be recovered within the second year.
Starting from seed (non-grafted plants) can take 7–10 years to bear fruit, produces unpredictable quality, and many plants may never fruit at all.
Grafted avocado plants bear fruit earlier, provide uniform size and taste, and are more disease-resistant, making them suitable for commercial farming.
Starting with poor or wrong varieties leads to loss of time, effort, and investment.
The foundation of successful avocado farming is the right variety and grafted plants.
