Terms and conditions for wow sewa offer .
1 The "Wow Sewa" offer is valid for 15 days , from Aug 18, 2023, to sep 1, 2023, or
until 300 clients have booked the offer, whichever comes first.
2 The offer is applicable for services that can be completed within 45 minutes.
3 An additional charge of Rs 100 will be added for every half-hour if the service takes
more than 45 minutes.
4 This offer is only applicable for services requested in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and
Bhaktapur.
5 The offer is only available for clients who schedule their appointment during our
technician's free time.
6 The offer will be valid for services booked before sep 1, 2023, even if the service is
scheduled to be completed after the offer period.
7 The offer is only available for services booked through our messaging platform,
including Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, email, or text message.
8 The services will be performed by our selected few technicians, so there may be a
waiting period before service can be provided.
9 The offer is not valid for night services, which are services requested between 6 pm
to 6 am. Only emergency services are available during this period.
10 If a client book a service or forgets to cancel a booking, and our technician visits
their home or office but unable to perform the service for any reason, a fee of Rs
400 will be charged to the client. This fee is to compensate the technician's time
and travel expenses. Clients can cancel their appointment in the same way that
they booked it, to avoid this fee.
11 The services will be performed only for the services that our company offers.
