Since June 2010, Outdoor Indoor Architects (OI Architects) has worked closely with clients to provide Architecture and Interior spaces, that integrate rigorous aesthetics, appropriate technology, and cultural and environmental sensitivity. Our design reputation is based on modern, rational, economic and sustainable solutions. Our work responds to the clients and the community’s needs, while reflec

ting the larger culture. The office is located in New Road, Kathmandu and has a staff of Eleven. OI Architects’ modern designs and architectural works are inspired by the vernacularity of environments in which they reside. Its standard allows for the focus of the new design to relate to its logistical and historical contexts. The firm specializes in collaborating with clients to reach their project’s mission while working within their budgetary parameters. The firm understands the need to create viable commercial, residential and mixed-use environments that produces a valued return on investment.
