Not exactly how we planned the day… the concrete truck turned up late, but there was no way we were leaving the job unfinished 💪

Huge thanks to the crew for sticking it out and working late on a Friday to get it done — bloody appreciate the effort.

📣Foreman / Leading Hand
Seeking an individual with 5+ years’ experience in landscaping (or similar industry) with leadership experience or strong potential to step up into leadership

👷Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, including planning and sequencing work, task allocation, and productivity management.
- Interpret plans and specifications to ensure all work meets quality standards.
- Establish and maintain safe and organized worksites, implementing necessary hazard controls.
- Coordinate materials, equipment deliveries, and subcontractors.
Lead the team to deliver high-quality workmanship across various landscaping and outdoor builds, including retaining walls, paving, decking, fencing, drainage, and excavation.
- Communicate progress and access requirements clearly with clients on-site.
- Identify and address issues or variations promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Train, mentor, and support crew members to enhance their skills.
- Complete basic site documentation, including timesheets, checklists, photos, and incident reports using Tradify

✅Requirements
- Experience in landscaping or outdoor construction, with proven leadership abilities or the drive to step up into this role
- Confidence in managing projects from start to finish and problem-solving on-site.
- Strong knowledge of site safety practices, tools, and equipment.
- A full NZ Driver Licence is required, with Class 2 being an advantage.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Experience with excavation, levels, drainage, and base preparation is preferred.
- WTR endorsement and/or machine operating experience is also preferred.
- Able to start the day from 6.30am at our yard just North of Amberley
