Torbay Renovation , A Complete Transformation

A full-scale renovation completed in Torbay, where every surface was brought back to life with care, precision, and attention to detail.

We began by removing all existing wallpaper, stripping the space back to its raw state. From there, a full skim coat was applied throughout, restoring the walls to a clean, smooth, and level finish ,the foundation for a high-quality paint result.

With the preparation done right, we carried out a full interior repaint, followed by a complete exterior refresh to unify the entire property.

Grey Lynn project on Francis Street.

The client wanted to refresh the kitchen, living area, and bedroom , opening up the space and giving everything a cleaner, more modern feel.

A big part of this job was reworking the existing finishes.
All the living room timber frames were previously varnished, and we repainted them to white to brighten up the space and tie everything together.

The ceilings had staining and peeling in areas, so they were properly prepped, sealed, and repainted to get a consistent finish again.

There was a fair bit of prep involved throughout ,especially getting surfaces right before any paint went on but that’s what makes the final result stand out.

Clean, simple, and done properly.

Grey Lynn reno we completed late last year.

We handled both the plastering and painting throughout the interior.
A fair bit of prep went into this one — getting the walls straight before putting any paint on.

Once that was sorted, we ran through the whole place and finished it off clean and consistent.

Good natural light in the house as well, which really shows the finish when everything’s done right.
